Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Fill out our online application.
Step 2: A personal interview will be arranged. Bring your identification and any other documents required to verify your CV and application.
Step 3: Submit your application for verification to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). You are responsible for making the payment.
Step 4: You will be invited to attend a carer training programme.
Step 5: If your DBS check is good, we will arrange for you to shadow a seasoned caregiver or key support worker. This is done in order to give you professional experience.
Step 6: If the feedback from your shadowing experience is favourable, we will gladly offer you a position. We will finalise your employment agreement, start date, and hours of work. You’ll also get your uniform.
